To provide you with a seamless experience, we collect a few key pieces of information:

• Account Information: When you sign up using services like Google, we receive your basic profile information, including your email address, display name, and profile photo. We use this to create and manage your Court Commander account.
• Gameplay Data: To make the app work, we store information you generate, such as the groups you join, the sessions you participate in, your court assignments, and match results. This data powers your dashboard and the real-time features of the app.

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the Court Commander service. This includes:

• Authenticating your account and identifying you within the app.
• Managing your memberships in different badminton groups.
• Displaying session details, court assignments, and match history to you and other members of your groups.
• Operating the core features of the app, like matchmaking and live court tracking.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third parties. Ever.

The information shared is limited to what is necessary for the app's functionality. Your display name, photo, and gameplay data will be visible to other members within the specific groups you join. This is essential for managing sessions and knowing who you are playing with.

All your data is stored securely within Google's Firebase platform, which employs industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

You have the right to delete your Court Commander account and associated personal data at any time.

In-App Deletion: You can initiate immediate account deletion directly within the mobile application by navigating to Profile & Settings → Delete Account.

What Happens Upon Deletion:

• Your authentication credentials, email address, profile photo, and active group memberships are immediately and permanently removed from our databases.
• Any pending join requests or active session assignments are automatically canceled.
• To maintain statistical and financial ledger integrity for other players in your groups, static historical match snapshots and completed session attendance logs created prior to deletion are retained as read-only group history.

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request manual account deletion by contacting us through our support channels.
